T&C / FAQ

The following terms, conditions and information apply to all print orders on this site as of May 2026:

Product Images

  • The coating of paper I use does not itself photograph well for product listing purposes, so digital preview images (soft proofs) are show instead. The physical paper prints will not look exactly like the digital preview images (that would be impossible).
  • I reserve the right to further tweak the image edit at my discretion during the production process. The final image edit may be slightly different from the digital preview shown in the product listing.
  • An image may have different final edits for different print sizes/crops or different paper stocks.
  • The paper size dimensions mentioned in product listings include the white border area. I use symmetrical borders on all prints, so the bigger a print gets, the larger the border area will get as well to maintain symmetry.
Paper+ Ink Characteristics
  • The pearlescent metallic luster paper I typically use has an off-white pearly iridescent (i.e., pearlescent) look with a metallic shimmer and a luster texture.
  • Prints made may lay perfectly flat, especially in the first few days/weeks after printing - this is normal and not a defect/damage. They'll settle over time if framed or kept stored flat in the sleeve or portfolio.
  • Print sizes where the pearlescent paper needs to be cut (i.e., any prints that aren't 8x10, 11x14, 11x17, 13x19 or 16x20) will typically have 1-2 rougher edges since the pearlescent paper's coating generally doesn't allow for a perfectly smooth cut; these rougher edges are not print defects/damage.
  • My printing process occasionally leaves residual roller ink marks on the *back* of the paper - this is normal and not a print defect/damage. However, if you notice any ink marks on the *front* border area of a print when inspecting the print *immediately after delivery*, definitely let me know and I'll certainly issue a replacement.
Production Time
  • All prints are made on demand *after* an order is placed. Typically expect shipment 2-3 weeks from your order date for any previously released prints.
  • For new drops, the production time is about 4 weeks from your order date. *If a new print drop is using a timed ordering window, shipping will typically be about 4 weeks from the close of the timed ordering window.
  • If you have a rush order request, please contact me to discuss potential availability (no guarantees) and any associated upcharges.
Refunds
  • If you need to cancel or change an order, it MUST be done within 48 hours of the time your order was placed.
Shipping
  • Shipping is a $15 flat fee for all print orders going to U.S. destinations. Please contact me to discuss placing an order and the shipping fees for international destinations.
  • Due to recent fee increases, the shipping carrier and method will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • You will receive an automated message to the email address you provided at checkout with tracking information when the shipping label for your order has been created. This is typically about 48 hours before the batch of shipments with your package goes out the door.
  • It may take up to 24 hours after a package has been dropped off at the shipping carrier before tracking information updates online.
Packaging
  • Unless otherwise specified in the product listing, all orders ship in an acid-free archival sleeve, mounted within a rigid cardboard sandwich and shipped in a flat rigid mailer box.
  • If the adhesive strip on the archival sleeve has been sealed or there is tape near the opening, please do not try to slide prints out of the sleeve! Tape is sticky and if it touches the print it may damage the paper coating. In this situation, cut off the adhesive portion of the sleeve or gently tear the sleeve along the long edge seam before removing the prints.
Damaged Prints
  • No one should ever be stuck with art damaged in transit! Prints should arrive in your hand exactly as they left mine, and if they don't, I insist on replacing them for you. All limited edition prints (not APs) come with a 100% "undamaged arrival or automatic replacement" guarantee.
  • While my flat packaging method has been over 99% effective at keeping prints safe, every now and then a box does get mangled in transit. If your package and prints arrive damaged, please let me know ASAP. You MUST notifiy me of any print damage within 14 days of delivery for insurance claim purposes, no exceptions. If you don't open the box for months/years, you waive your right to replacement.

  • DAMAGE REPLACEMENT PROCESS:

Please first take pictures of the box damage AND the print damage *outside of the archival sleeve* - sometimes the sleeves cause weird light reflections that look like damage but the prints are actually fine inside - then contact me.

Please DO NOT throw out the shipping box or packaging, as carriers often require damage inspection as part of their claims process.

Damaged prints must be returned or verifably destroyed before any replacements are issued to ensure no duplicate numbers exist out in the wild - NO exceptions.
Sold Out Prints / Archives
  • Once a print is sold out, the product listing is archived to make room for new releases. If there's something older you're looking for, please feel free to message me and I'm happy to check my archives for any remaining prints that were either reserved for PhanArt shows or test prints / APs.
Custom Requests
  • Unfortunately, I am not accepting custom order requests at the moment due to my crazy schedule these days, but you can always message me and I'm happy to circle back down the line when I have time to work on it.

  • As always, my digital hi-res files are NOT available to order custom items for yourself.
THANK YOU
  • The revenue from print sales each year are what fund my ability to be an independent live music photographer, capturing + creating + sharing the way I do. Whenever any profits remain from print sales, they are used as my vehicle to support band/music-related charities. Thanks SO MUCH for your support! 🙏
